what's blooming in the Side Garden, mid-July 2011

The delphiniums are AMAZING this year!  Must have been all that rain this spring.

Also blooming in this garden right now are hens and chicks, sedum and snow-in-summer, which are all grown here for their low-maintenance, drought-tolerant and ground-covering qualities.
