Being such a keen gardener you must find it frustrating with such extreme weather conditions to deal with. Where I live in Australia we have plenty of rainfall and I can't remember the last time we had a frost in winter. I admire your dedication.

Actually, I don't find it frustrating except in spring (April) when I'm getting really tired of winter. But I truly do value the enforced break from gardening I take every year, so that I can focus my time and energies on something else. Otherwise, gardening would take over my life! ;-)
