Hi, is this the same as Bellflower Carpatica Blue?

Janice Miller-Young

Hi Christine,
Don't worry, there are lots of varieties of campanula (bellflowers) out there and most are wonderful for zone 3 gardens, carpathian bellflowers included. Enjoy your bellflower carpatica blue!

this is an edible plant, more nutrients than spinach.

you can hang these upside down to dry and use like oregano in sauces. Or eat it fresh in salads, the flowers to are good. Or saute the leaves and flowers.
